CAP-HC Request for Proposals

*Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 12:00pm.*

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for projects (range of 100k - 250k) in Hennepin County that reduce poverty and build stronger communities. Priority will be given to projects that address the needs of low-income individuals, including the homeless, migrants and the elderly; and provide services and activities addressing housing, financial literacy, transportation, and/or emergency services.
